Plusieurs points concernant l’adhésion, car de nombreux dossiers ont été rejetés:
- Tant que nous n’avons pas de créneaux confirmés, les inscriptions au BASKET et au TENNIS DE TABLE ne sont pas ouvertes.
- Il est possible de rajouter des sports par la suite : en ajoutant un nouveau certificat médical adapté et en payant la différence. Ainsi, si vous souhaitez vous inscrire au BASKET ou au TENNIS DE TABLE + un autre sport : vous pouvez déjà vous inscrire sans escalade/basket/TdT et le rajouter plus tard quand les inscriptions seront ouvertes.
- Les certificats médicaux doivent être valables pour toute la saison et donc dater au plus tard du 31 AOÛT 2019.
- Le questionnaire de santé ne remplace pas le certificat médical, il sert uniquement au renouvellement si vous avez déjà un certificat médical valide.

Several points concerning membership, as many applications have been rejected:
- As long as slots are not confirmed, registrations for BASKETBALL and TABLE TENNIS are not open.
- It is possible to add sports later: by providing a new adapted medical certificate and paying the difference. So, if you want to register for BASKETBALL or TABLE TENNIS + another sport: you can already register without climbing/basketball/TT and add it later when registration is open.
- Medical certificates must be valid for the entire season and therefore date no later than AUGUST 31, 2019.

The health questionnaire does not replace the medical certificate, it is only used for renewal if you already have a valid medical certificate.
